From the start the property had a price bidding war and the day I looked at the property was the last day we could submit an offer. I loved the place and I have to do the best I can to win that war. Arvin made that happen for me. He was quick on getting the contract ready and we were able to submit it on time on top of that we won the war. Throughout the process up until closing, was very stressful for me, dealing with my work, my lender, the upfront expenses, worrying about the appraisal and inspections, etc. All I can say is, that Arvin was the "Best", he was very supportive throughout the whole process.
